Our team of Mobile Bus Drivers ensure safe driving and parking of our fleet of large vehicles for blood drives at donor sites (high schools, senior centers, corporate parks). Mobile Bus Drivers also assist with the set up and closure of blood drives, provide good customer service to donors and team members. Under the supervision of the Mobile Operations and the day-to-day work direction of the mobile or center charge nurse, the Driver Mobile Assistant operates self-contained mobile blood collection unit, setting up at remote blood collection (mobile) sites and returning to Blood Center.

Reporting to the Strategic Projects Manager, the Program/Project Manager leads key organization initiatives for Stanford Blood Center. Program/Project Managers are responsible for the coordination and completion of all aspects of project management on assigned projects, including, but not limited to, project scope, project schedule, project budget, project plans, facilitating meetings, documenting requirements, overseeing development, operational workflows, and implementation. Additionally, the Program/Project Manager supports program management activities to manage that all projects across the organization are on time, within scope, and within budget. The Program/Project Manager is responsible for identifying and resolving project issues, making sure the project progresses on schedule and on budget. The Program/Project Manager is the point of communication with stakeholders and is accountable for project delivery and success. The Program/Project Manager must have good communication skills in acting as the liaison between the project team, subcontractor, customer, key stakeholders, and leadership.
